While it's a bit late and almost the entire readership of my blog already knows this, last week I gave an interview to Jeff Robbins of Lullabot, for podcast #58. I hadn't been on the Lullabot podcast since the very first one, and that time it was an interview at Vancouver that wasn't quite as comfortable.

This time I got to kick back in my office chair, put on the headset, and talk and talk and talk. Apparently the entire interview is 88 minutes, which is awfully long for a podcast. But the comments are positive and I managed to sit and listen to myself talk the whole time afterward and felt pretty good about it.

Jeff got me to talk about pretty much all the projects I'm involved in, plus I made the first public announcement of the book. More on that later.

Incidentally, Views 2 beta3 will be out by the weekend. Maybe even tomorrow, if Santa thinks you've been nice.

I guess maybe you're saving this for the Views2Beta3 release announcement post, but do you have a feeling for the number of Betas/ReleaseCandidates that you're going to do?

There will probably be a

There will probably be a beta4, but I hope not to go beyond that. It's going to depend upon what bugs crop up.

It was indeed a nice podcast

To those of us on the outskirts of the drupal community it was a great source of information. I've only been into drupal for less than a year, but surely information is the most valued comodity, even though i swim in RSS feeds, etc.

Thanks for being honest during the interview, it was refreshing! :)

Definetly the lullabot podcast performs a much needed task in the comunity, news, discussion and information that is hard to come by otherwise

I hope they'll bring you on again, perhaps after the release of views2 for example ;)

Greetings from Barcelona
