I've updated the demo site I've been setting up for nodequeue so that you can login as a demo user. This lets you play with the Panels UI and the Nodequeue UI and sort of look behind the scenes to see how a fairly simple site can be set up with these tools. The site isn't anything flashy, and I do need to do a better job (ok, a job) of documenting what I did, but even without it a lot can be divined.

Page not Found
Is this a demo of Panels\Nodequeue 2? I'd like to see it but I get a 'page not found' error at that url.

Seems to be an issue with the demo module reset via cron. I have it back but I dunno if it'll go away again in an hour.
user/pass
Just to note - the username and password are both "demo" - obvious, but I couldn't see it mentioned anywhere.

That's true. Couldn't be
That's true. Couldn't be much more obvious really.
What versions?
What versions of Drupal, Panels, Views and Node queue are in use on the site?
I have never looked at this combination of tools before and from the demo site I am in awe of their power, but would like to get a more detailed understanding and set up my own site to test this out.
Overall very impressive!! Thanks for taking the time to set up a demo site as well.
While I should be saying
While I should be saying this on the demo site itself (and I will) right now it's Drupal 5.5, Nodequeue 5.x-2.0-rc2 (it's pretty solid, but it needs a couple of patches before it'll be released as Nodequeue 2), Panels 5.x-2.x-dev (it's alpha14 but there are some cool enhancements in -dev that I wanted to show off) and Views 5.x-1.6
Subsidiary modules that are helping: pathauto 5.x-2.0, taxonomy breadcrumb 5.x-1.4, thickbox 5.x-1.1 (just for the login box) and of course.
Database dump
Could you provide the database dump of the site?
Or maybe you can explain the missing part of Panels Views, how should it be setup to pass argument to the Featured articles view. I've tried From context, From panel argument and Input on panel config to no avail. And the View Argument handling part is not accessible as well.
Export will do
Come to think of it, Panels View export should help clear the air. =)
Lead Story Node Queue
I have a couple questions:
1. I am seeing the the Lead Story Node queue is being used to populate the Top panel. I've created a similar nodequeue on my machine to use as the lead story but I do not see it available when I try to add it to the panel. In the demo site I see it is available under the views list but I do not see it on my site. What am I missing here?
2. The quantity of content showing up in the lead story seems a bit too much for me. How do I make this show less? I know this may be a bit off-topic for this article but I'm having some issues controlling this.
